From a list of 61 players, only 30 were selected by lottery to play the 2018 $300K Super High Roller Bowl in Las Vegas last May. Andrew Robl was the first poker player selected by lottery, securing a spot in the elusive $300K event. However, less than a week before the event, it was announced that poker player Steffen Sontheimer would take Andrew Robl's place. Over 1 BILLION WON for poker player David Peters

David Peters won the Triton Super High Roller Series HK$500K 6-Max No Limit Hold ‘Em Event for over $1 Billion Korean Won (about $1.1 million USD). The bubble last a couple of hours because 5th place paid $0 while 4th place paid $250K! It was a tough final table featuring some of the worlds best poker players including Steve O ‘Dwyer, Stephen Chidwick, and Bryn Kenney. However, it was Peters who defeated them all and took home his first Triton Poker trophy. Randy "Nanonoko" Lew Reveals New Triton Hold 'Em Poker Strategies

Randy Lew, known as "Nanonoko" on Twitch, has been the go to commentator for the new poker varietal "Triton Hold 'Em" (also known as "short deck poker.") Ivan Leow Wins $1 MILLION in the HK $500K Triton Hold 'Em Event

Ivan Leow from Malaysia scored his biggest live tournament cash by winning the Triton Super High Roller Series Triton Hold 'Em Event for $1,079,209. He is not a professional poker player and has no experience playing the cash game version of Triton Hold 'Em. He final tabled the first Triton Hold 'Em event at the Triton High Roller Series in Jeju, South Korea. He beat Rui Cao heads up and outlasted fellow final tablemates Jason Koon and Tom Dwan. Nick Schulman Wins the $100,000 HDK Triton Poker Short Deck Poker Tournament

PokerNews catches a stunned and grateful Nick Schulman after he wins the Triton Super High Roller 100,000 HKD Short Deck poker tournament. Schulman, who had no previous experience with the new popular poker varietal, outlasted a field of 61 entries to claim the HKD 2,135,000 first-place prize (more than $272,000). The short deck poker craze was born in Macau and has been trending all over Asia. Ben Lamb, who is also a newcomer to short deck poker, also cashed this event. Last time I decided to play another ring event at the Rio and sure enough at the end of the day, I built up quite a stack and made it to day 2 with the chip lead. In this episode I try to make history and go for my first WSOP gold ring. 14 left and I am the favorite to get the monkey off my back and break my record for most cashes without a ring. There is only one player really standing in my way. The dream is real and if I win I basically qualify for the Global Championship. The $1 Million buy-in Big One for One Drop has a winner! Justin Bonomo defeated Fedor Holz and takes home $10 million and the special World Series of Poker bracelet. This win secures Justin Bonomo's place on top of poker's all time money list. He eclipses Daniel Negreanu who formally held the top spot. This $10 million catapults Justin's lifetime earnings to $42,979,591. Since March 2018, Justin Bonomo has cashed for over $20,000,00. Seems like Bonomo just can't lose at poker! In the early hours of July 14 the field was whittled from 6 to 3. The first to bust was Aram Zobian followed by crown favorite Joe Cada. The chip lead shifted several times after that point, but eventually Nicolas Manion exited in 4th place and the Final 3 players were left.
